Our Practice
We provide comprehensive and compassionate representation to individuals with legal problems involving:

- Juvenile delinquency. We work with minors and their parents or guardians to handle all aspects of juvenile delinquency proceedings. We seek to avoid detention or DYS custody and strive to resolve most juvenile matters without a trial.
- Probation and parole violations. We represent individuals who have been charged with probation or parole violations, advising you at each important hearing for detention determinations and resentencing.
- Educational or mental health issues. We protect the rights of special needs students, working to prevent punishment, including suspension, because of acts related to any diagnosed disability. We also advocate for the rights of people with mental illness, handling civil commitment proceedings and working to prevent the criminalization of mental disorders.
